The competition will begin on December 1st, 2014 and the winner will be drawn every 3 months.
Who can enter?
The competition is open to any customer of Natural South who is 20 years old or older, a registered Natural South member, and not an employee of Natural South.
Entry
There is only one entry per valid registered user. People registering multiple times under different email addresses will not be eligible. The prize of 2x 250g jars of Comvita Manuka Honey UMF 10+ will be drawn randomly every three months. The winner will be notified by email, their address details collected and the prize will be sent to the winner at the expense of Natural South (within reason).
Prize
You can win:
- 2x 250g jars of Comvita Manuka Honey UMF 10+
There will only be one winner of 2x 250g jars of Comvita Manuka Honey UMF 10+. The prize will need to be redeemed within 3 months of the draw being announced.
Prize will be drawn via a random method. If Natural South does not receive a response within 24 hours of the notification email being sent, Natural South may, at its discretion, re-draw another name, and may continue to re-draw further names until a response is received within 24 hours Natural South will announce the person who wins the competition via it’s social media and email marketing channels once contact has been made.
Privacy
You consent to your name being used for promotional purposes in relation to the competition.
In entering this competition you are providing your personal information to Natural South. Natural South’s Privacy Policy will apply to your personal information.
General Terms
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law.
Natural South may vary these terms and conditions and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Natural South will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the competition. To the extent that Natural South cannot disclaim its liability you agree that Natural South’s liability will in any case be limited to $500.
